Suggest a schedule
AI plans dayparts and blocks, then a deterministic packer fits titles to the clock across the channel's horizon. The build becomes a new schedule version. If the channel has auto-publish on and nothing changed in its settings since the last publish, the build is published; otherwise it waits as a draft for publishSchedule.
